Bring back the clients who stopped coming in.

We message and email the clients who haven't visited in a while and get them booked in again. The only thing you do is approve the messages.

Free for the first two salons, in return for an honest review.

Three small things your skin may be asking for

Not a new routine. Just a few gentle reminders for the days your complexion feels a little off.

  1. Keep cleansing gentle. Hot water can leave skin feeling stripped.
  2. Add moisture while skin is still slightly damp.
  3. If you layer lots of products, give your skin a quiet day too.

When you want a professional reset, our facials — 30, 60 or 90 minutes — are tailored to your skin.

Most salons never message a client who's stopped coming in.

It's rarely because they found somewhere better. Life got busy and they forgot to rebook. They already know you and like you, so they're the easiest people to get back.

Winning a brand new client costs about five times more than bringing an old one back.

How it works

  1. We find them

Clients who haven't been in for three to six months and have nothing booked. We start with a small group of 25 to 50.

  2. We message them

A short, friendly text or email from your salon, with a link to book. You approve every word before anything is sent.

  3. They book, or we stop

If a client books, replies, or asks us not to message them again, that's the end of it. Nobody gets pestered.

This is different from the reminders Fresha or Treatwell send. Those are for appointments already booked. This is only for clients who've gone quiet.

You see exactly what came back.

At the end you get a simple list: who rebooked, how many bookings that made, and what those bookings were worth. We don't count opens or clicks. Only bookings.

Try it free.

I'm looking for two salons to try this with. It's free. All I ask for is an honest review at the end.

Book a 15-minute call and I'll show you what it would look like for your salon. Before we talk, I'll go through your Google reviews and find the happy clients who never came back.
